Lock Haven Emergency Medical Services

The mission of Lock Haven Emergency Medical Services is to provide quality pre-hospital emergency medical services, promote the emergency medical service system through increased public awareness, provide the public with life saving education courses, and promote the concept of reliable pre-hospital care through the corporations service area and Commonwealth.

Lock Haven Emergency Medical Service will, to the best of its ability, respond to emergency and non-emergency requests in a timely and safe manner consistent with the Emergency Medical Service Act of 1985 (Act 45) as established by the Commonwealth of PA on July 3, 1995, and any amendments there to.

Lock Haven EMS provides Advance Life Support (ALS) & Basic Life Support (BLS) Emergent & Non-Emergent ambulance services throughout Clinton County and surrounding areas. We responded to over 2,500 dispatches per year. We also provide routine wheelchair and stretcher transportation.
