It is the mission of the Clinton County Healthy Communities to provide basic dental care to patients: with Dental Medical Assistance, who have government-sponsored or subsidized dental insurance, who fall below the federal poverty guidelines, who live within Clinton County, and who reside within the Keystone Central School District and surrounding counties on a limited basis.
