We offer high school students the chance to engage in job shadow opportunities where they will gain first-hand experience in the field. During their time with us, students will observe skilled welders at work, learn about various welding techniques and safety protocols, and get a behind-the-scenes look at our operations. This immersive experience provides valuable insights into the welding profession and helps students understand the practical applications and craftsmanship involved in the trade.
