The YMCA offers high school students a hands-on internship experience designed to build real-world skills, explore career interests, and make a positive impact in the community.
As a YMCA intern, students will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff in a variety of program areas such as youth development, wellness, and community outreach. Interns gain valuable experience while developing important workplace skills like communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
