Our job shadow will be a short term learning experience where the student will observe a professional at work to understand their daily tasks, responsibilities, and work environment. It will help the student explore a career, gain real world insight, and decide if the job matches their interests and skills. The student would work alongside a PMF employee for the day to see the daily life at PMF. This could be in CNC Machining or Metal Forming (or both) to have the student see what they like the most.
