
SGT Jen Lilley brings a powerful combination of education, military service, and leadership to every presentation. With more than 17 years as a classroom teacher, she understands how to connect with students, spark curiosity, and keep learning engaging.
While teaching, she also served part-time in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a 68W Combat Medic as a part of the 2nd Battalion, 112th Infantry Regiment, balancing lesson plans with military training and emergency response. This experience instilled resilience, adaptability, and teamwork—qualities she now shares with students to help them recognize their own potential.
Today, SGT Lilley serves full-time as a Recruiter for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, guiding young people toward opportunities that build character, provide educational benefits, and strengthen local communities. Her presentations are known for being motivational, interactive, and caring, giving parents and educators confidence that their students are learning about purposeful, rewarding career paths.
