Gain hands-on exposure to the many moving parts that bring live theatre to life through an internship experience with Millbrook Playhouse. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the day-to-day operations of a professional theatre while exploring careers in the performing arts and entertainment industry.

Depending on the student’s interests and current theatre activities, the internship experience may include exposure to areas such as production, technical theatre, set and prop preparation, costumes, front-of-house operations, marketing, customer service, and administrative support. Students may assist with appropriate projects and daily tasks while working alongside theatre professionals and learning about the teamwork, creativity, and planning required to produce live performances.

Internship activities and schedules can be tailored based on the student’s interests, abilities, and the Playhouse’s current productions and operational needs.
