Our Co-Op is a structured learning opportunity that allows students to gain real-world work experience while earning school credit.

Youth Sports Assistant – help run practices, keep score, assist referees, and organize leagues.

Fitness Floor Assistant – learn about wellness programming, help monitor equipment, and shadow trainers (with supervision).

Aquatics Assistant – support lifeguards, help with swim lessons, and learn pool operations.

Preschool Helper – assist staff with activities, games, reading time, and classroom support.

Front Desk / Member Services Assistant – shadow membership staff, greet members, learn customer service and office systems.

Marketing & Social Media Intern – design flyers, draft posts, capture photos/videos of programs.

Fundraising & Event Support – help plan benefit dinners, raffles, or community events; learn donor relations.

Maintenance/Facilities Assistant – shadow custodial or facility staff, learn about safety, equipment checks, and facility upkeep.

Technology / IT Support (if available) – help with computer systems, setup for events, or troubleshooting member systems.
