At Dunamis Power & Light, our co-op program gives high school students a hands-on opportunity to explore careers in the electrical and HVAC fields. Students work alongside experienced electricians and technicians, learning how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential, commercial, and industrial systems. They gain real-world experience with wiring, controls, smart home technology, and HVAC equipment while developing critical skills like problem-solving, safety awareness, and teamwork. This program is designed to help students discover the rewards of a career in the skilled trades and build a strong foundation for future employment in the electrical industry.
