RTG Solutions was founded in 2023 with a simple goal, to help strengthen our Central Pennsylvania communities by providing reliable, high-quality commercial roofing services and stable local jobs.

From the moment we cut our ribbon, we set out to build something different: a woman-owned, veteran-operated roofing company built on accountability, craftsmanship, and community.

In just a short time, RTG has earned multiple small business certifications, including WOSB, EDWOSB, DBE, and HUBZone, and has become an approved Omnia Partners vendor, streamlining procurement for public agencies and municipalities.

Our experience spans commercial roof replacement, commercial roof repairs, preventative maintenance, emergency roof repairs, waterproofing systems, and coating applications across government, institutional, and private-sector clients. Whether managing prevailing-wage projects or complex historic roof restorations, we deliver reliability you can build on.

With decades of combined expertise in EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofing systems, RTG has quickly earned a reputation for safety, precision, and transparent communication, because we believe every community deserves quality workmanship done right the first time.
