Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation is commited to being an active presense in the community. We strive to provide compassionate and high level care to each of our residents. 

Grandview is the area's longest operating skilled nursing facility. With 172 beds we are one of the largest skilled nursing facilities in the region. Grandview offers long-term care, respite care and rehabilitative services. We are currently hiring for multiple positions at the facility including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Dietary and Housekeeping.
