Since 1972, Community Services Group (CSG) has been dedicated to providing quality, community-based mental health (MH) and intellectual and development disability (IDD) services throughout central and northeastern Pennsylvania. With over 1,300 employees, CSG has developed a spectrum of specialized programs to meet the needs of the individuals it serves. CSG is the preferred choice for individuals and referral sources because of CSG’s network of comprehensive MH, IDD, child & youth, and autism (ASD) services, and its commitment to empowering individuals and promoting independence and wellness.
CSG provides services in 19 counties in Central and Northeastern PA including Centre, Columbia, Clinton, Northumberland, Lycoming, Montour, Snyder, Mifflin & Union Counties.

We have positions for those new to human services that do not require experience or certifications for those with or without High School Diplomas or GEDs. We also have opportunities for those with Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s Degrees, or licensed professionals who want to grow their career with one of the largest human services providers in PA. We provide paid training for all of our positions.
We offer a variety of schedules and shifts from Full-Time to Part-Time as well as PRN Flexible hours. Our positions are excellent opportunities for those looking to start or grow their career.
