Annie Halenbake Ross Library
Mission: Annie Halenbake Ross Library preserves the past, enriches the present and prepares for the future.
Vision: To help the community live, learn and grow through preserving history, learning in all its forms, intellectual freedom and diverse perspectives.
Tagline: Education, information and inspiration.
Annie Halenbake Ross Library seeks to be a community hub, a technology hub and an information hub for the people of Clinton County. We do this by providing space for community functions, freely accessible technology, and up-to-date information in the form of fiction and nonfiction books, databases, eBooks, audio books, DVDs, games, puzzles, programming and events, and trained information professionals to help seekers find what they are looking for.
The library was formed in 1910 and has provided services to Clinton County since Annie Halenbake Ross left her home and a stipend for books to the city of Lock Haven to form a public library.
