Our Student Co-op Experience offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world skills while earning school credit. Participants work alongside experienced professionals, applying classroom knowledge to meaningful tasks and projects in a supportive environment. This program is designed to help students explore career pathways, build professional skills, and develop a network of industry contacts — all while contributing to the daily operations of our organization. By the end of the co-op, students leave with valuable experience that enhances their resume, boosts their confidence, and prepares them for future employment or continued education.
