River Valley Regional YMCA – Lock Haven
The YMCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities and helping individuals of all ages learn, grow, and thrive. For nearly 160 years, the Y has worked alongside local communities to address needs and create opportunities that support youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
The Y is built on a mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. This mission guides everything the Y does—from youth programs and family services to wellness initiatives and community partnerships.
The YMCA is community-centered. In neighborhoods across the country, local Ys listen to community needs and respond with programs and services that make a difference. The Y brings people together, connecting individuals from all backgrounds and experiences. By doing so, it helps bridge gaps in opportunity and strengthens community relationships.
At its core, the YMCA:
• Nurtures potential in youth and adults
• Provides safe and supportive environments
• Promotes healthy lifestyles
• Encourages leadership and personal growth
• Partners with community organizations and employers
Through programs, mentorship, and collaboration, the Y works to ensure everyone—regardless of age, income, or background—has the opportunity to succeed.
We're the Lock Haven Branch YMCA, a branch of the River Valley Regional YMCA spanning across multiple counties in Pennsylvania. We've got multiple departments from membership and wellness, to child care for all ages, and even aquatics! We're always seeking quality job candidates to become part of our team!
