While our main priority is answering the phone calls for the citizens of Clinton County who may have an emergency, there are many connecting departments that support this task:
1. Accounting/Finance to ensure the department is staying compliant with the state for funding purposes.
2. Quality Assurance to grade our dispatchers on their performance and service.
3. Customer Service is the etiquette our dispatchers practice over the phone.
4. Our Emergency Management and Hazmat Team ensures Environmental Health and Safety throughout the county.
